Did you receive your confirmation email? When you complete registration, you should receive a confirmation email right away. If you did not get one, please call give us a call. We will be happy to help you complete the process.
About 48 hours prior to the tour, we will send you an email confirming all of your logistics.
Q. Can I reschedule if something in my schedule changes?
A. We are happy to reschedule attendees with at least 72 hours notice. Please complete this form to begin the process.
Q. Where do we meet?
A. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with all your logistics details.
Q. I have a photo tour today, and I’d like to reach someone with an update.
A. Please call 202.688.1362, ext. 3 for a direct line to your photo tour instructor.
Q. What happens if it rains?
A. If we are expecting inclement weather, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule. We communicate updates to registered attendees on the morning of the event.
