"Lyn, I really appreciate your teaching technique to make both the tours and the webinar as personal as possible in a small group setting.  As someone who is trying to get out of the Auto Mode, your instructions have helped me move forward to 'M' to some degree!  Don't and probably won't use it all the time but I feel so much more empowered putting all the pieces together even on an occasional basis -- just need to get out and shoot 365 to put it all into practice and I am now moving from "point and shoot" to my first real DSLR in the next month or so!  Thank you for your part in helping me learn and enjoy photography!"

"This was a fantastic photo tour of Annapolis. Lyn is a seasoned photographer that has passion for what he does. As a very enthusiastic, amiable guide, Lyn provides superlative coaching, starting with a group orientation about the essentials of photography, and then by giving each tour participate hands-on coaching with as much or as little as the student needs. Ample time is provided along the tour route so that one can leisurely find and take the shots they want. At the end of the tour, a recap of the 10 photo essentials, really helped reinforce the days lessons."

"I enjoyed the orientation the instructor gave us.  He provided the introduction of photography, exposure, and then gave us an assignment and he sent us to shoot the Korean War Memorial.  He made it a point to measure the level of knowledge of each participant and worked one on one with each of us at our specific level.  I felt special and I didn't have to hear material that I already knew."

"While I have been to most of the monuments we went to during the excursion countless of times, it was very helpful that Lyn showed us new ways at looking at the monuments that would make for great pictures. "All of it, but mainly I was glad to get more of an insight into using my digital Canon outside the AUTO mode and I needed your guidance. That helped a lot. I didn't realize how much control I actually can have. Also, the information about lining up a shot had concepts I wasn't aware of--like setting the shot at an angle when I am shooting a monument (in many cases) and how to get a photo of someone in front of the monument."
